Key Account Manager - Telesales (B2B)
Main Role :
- Build strong relationships with dealers across different categories (Autos, Non-Autos).
- Sell OLX subscriptions to dealers over the phone.
- Ensure long-term business success by understanding customer needs.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Identify Dealer Needs : Understand what each dealer (car dealers, real estate agents, furniture sellers, etc.) needs to grow their business.
2. Sell OLX Subscriptions : Explain OLX's subscription packages that will help dealers reach more buyers and boost their sales.
3. Maintain Relationships : Develop trust with dealers so they continue using OLX instead of turning to competitors.
4. Handle Issues : Address any problems the dealers face with the platform, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
5. Report Progress : Regularly update internal teams on sales progress and forecast future sales.
Key Skills Needed :

- Problem-solving to resolve any issues quickly.
