Executive - Sales - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Creating strategies, monitoring, analysing & improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplaces
- Addressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart including image requirements
- Create weekly reports to showcase the change/growth of metrics around the above 5 points.
- Manage promotional ad campaigns at marketplaces and report on the ROI metrics.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals.
- Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- More than 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry
- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills
- Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
- Proactive and hardworking
- Good communication skills with self-starter attitude
- Willing to work in a start-up environment.
- Product content development such as images and videos will be an advantage.
