Position : Executive Sales
Experience : 1-4 Years

JOB ROLE:
Reporting to Relationship Manager, Alliances and the position is responsible for new signups for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Meet new customers (Travel Agents) in the market every day.
Brand Promotion
Work closely with Regional Manager to assist in joint promotions for new acquisition of customers
Ensure the best in class in terms of quality of sales and productivity standards.
Develop and sustain a strong relationship with all channel partners / distributors
Participate in sales incentive programs and sales contests.
Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
Continuously provide feedback to the Regional Manager of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
Be Audit Complaint.
Requirement:
Age Limit between 21 to 30 years only. Smart Personality required.
Sales experience of at-least 2 years in the FMCG, Office automation or Travel industry would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
Two Wheeler is a must.
Good command over Local language.
