Job description

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Sales/Business Development Executive Responsibilities:


Relevant Experience : Candidate should have relevant experience in B2B sales. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Alibaba.com, Indiamart, or other B2B marketplaces.

Lead Generation : Generate leads through cold calling, data mining, etc., and identify decision-makers to initiate the sales process.

Sales Visits : Conduct sales visits, acquire new customers, and maintain accurate records.

Client Meetings : Conduct onsite client meetings within the city/region.

Sales Process : Understand the sales process, including prospecting, approaching, meeting clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing and giving presentations as per client needs, handling objections, and closing sales.

Customer Education : Explain the features and benefits of Alibaba to customers.

Customer Relations : Maintain customer relations.

Sales Targets : Deliver sales targets on a monthly basis.

Customer Acquisition : Use an individual approach to acquire exporters, manufacturers, and wholesalers to onboard them in the B2B marketplace.

Local Candidates Preferred : Candidates should have good communication and presentation skills.

Interviews : All interviews will be conducted over the phone and Zoom.

Business Development Executive Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong communication and soft skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
