Executive - Sales - eCommerce (1-2 yrs)

The Job :
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The individual will be expected to perform and grow in a fast paced and dynamic technology company sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role would involve providing the best experience to the inbound leads with the most efficient solutions to their problems.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Understand customer needs and requirements and perform necessary actions to complete closure.
- Adhere and follow internal processes.
- Research existing accounts, identify key business opportunities and bring them to closure.
- Stay updated with latest ecommerce trends.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- BA/BS/BBA degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales, Ecommerce trends and Technology
- Proficient with corporate tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Good to have: Shopify / Magento / Woo Commerce or any other ecommerce stack.
