- To handle E-Commerce solutions to prospect trade customers
- Understand their activity and pitch solutions accordingly
- Take the customers through the virtues of online business
- Help the customer in customizing the details of product and company on website
- Help the customer choose the right fit of features and look of website to their liking
- Coordinate with the back end development and support team to give confidence to the customer
