Job Description
1. Increase the free & paid listing in the company's Platform
2. Specific responsibilities while meeting customers
- Identify the business owner/decision maker
- Present the company's Offerings & Benefits along with Demo
- Collect business information (About company, products & services)
- Explain & Suggest the right advertisement product with costing, tenure, features
- Focus on adhering the sales protocols and policies
- Convince the business owners to enroll as paid listing
- Manage sales & post-sales queries of customers
- Responsible to update GEO Code photos of the customer business
CIC are expected to deliver the following & associated skillsets need to be validated
1. Understanding customer needs
2. Clarity on Return on Investment
3. Suggesting right product
4. Presenting the value creation
5. Creating need to customer
6. Manage multiple meetings with clients for presenting the company's Advertisement Product
