Executive - Sales - Digital Marketing Services (0-2 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our digital marketing services to clients. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
Generate Leads : Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms. Use your knowledge of digital marketing to educate prospects about the benefits of our services.
Consultative Selling : Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present persuasive proposals to potential customers.
Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address concerns, and offer ongoing support.
Sales Pipeline Management : Track and manage your sales pipeline effectively, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Use CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies. Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to help refine marketing messages and target audience.
Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Continuously enhance your knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company. Actively participate in sales meetings, provide regular progress reports, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Persuasive and confident in presenting solutions and closing sales.
