Job Title: Sales Manager/Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/Executive to join our growing D2C digital marketing agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading retail brands and contribute to the company's rapid expansion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in sales, relationship-building, and strategy development, with a deep understanding of the D2C landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Dedicate 20% of your time to writing compelling copy for cold emails and outreach via various channels, creating pipelines to prospect and engage with potential clients.

Collaboration & Strategy Development : Spend 40% of your time collaborating with our operations teams to devise strategies for large enterprise distribution and marketing challenges. Work closely with retail brands, founders, and promoters to deliver impactful solutions.

Client Meetings & Follow-ups : Allocate 20% of your time to meeting potential clients, following up, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Upselling & Client Growth : Focus 20% of your time on upselling our existing services to current clients across different sectors, contributing to revenue growth.

Copywriting & Innovation : Stay ahead of market trends in India and the US, especially in D2C, performance marketing, and email design. Write cold emails and design briefs, and handle a portion of copywriting tasks directly.

Qualifications :


Experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, and similar platforms is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to customize outreach for prospecting hundreds of leads without errors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Bonus points for experience in automation flows via email and LinkedIn, and running GTM strategies with tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Sales Manager Salary Range: - 5-9 LPA

- Sales Executive Salary Range: - 2-5 LPA
