Job description:
The Sales Executive shall be driving the Doctor Segment for realizing business objectives. The person(Sales) will lead the segment and shall be responsible for growth of segment, P&L and other business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting doctors and promote the company for the leads generation / Lead sales and associate Doctors within NCR.
- Communicate with high profile doctors- so as to ensure that they refer their patients to the lab for any diagnostics services
- Responsible for nurturing relationship with doctors
- Responsible for P&L across NCR
- Establish market intelligence, and provide inputs towards innovation and continuous improvement in approach
Desired Candidate profile:
- Thorough understanding of healthcare and in particular doctor segment
- Proficient in developing relationship, retail sales, concept selling skills
- Must be affluent in Doctor detailing
- Effective presentation skills
- Street Smart & Presentable
Desired Educational Qualification
- Science background is a must
- Must Be from Pharma/ Retail Industry
Experience
- O TO 5+ years experience in sales/ BD role in Delhi (NCR) selling to Healthcare/ Service Industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry with direct involvements with doctors would be added advantage.
