Executive - Sales - Diagnostic/Pharma/Wellness (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve revenue targets by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals for the territory.

- Interact with doctors to generate prescriptions and increase brand visibility within the region.

- Develop and manage new and existing collection centers and other infrastructure.

- Standardize the franchisee model, including infra layout, branding, marketing, and launch strategies.

- Provide support to existing branches through marketing initiatives and brand-building activities.

- Engage franchisee partners and ensure they are target oriented.

- Keep abreast of market intelligence and suggest service improvements to superiors.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the territory.

Requirements:

Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 years' experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales.

Must have a two-wheeler, good communication and selling skills, and sound market knowledge.
