Executive - Sales Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn connects and emails.
- Engage with prospects and build long-term trusting relationships.
- Discover the client and Present our platform to setup detailed meetings or Demos.
- Understand prospect Business requirements fully and suggest how the company is going to help.
- Deliver Customized Demos with the help of Platform consultants to prospects to increase customer conversion. Eventually, should learn to deliver demos as per our Demo Script.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report to the Sales Head on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Learn about platform to stay up to date with the feature release and use cases that can be or that are implemented with the company
Requirements :
- Prior experience (2-4 Years) in SaaS as Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role who worked with US clients in US shifts.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot/Salesforce/FreshSales), excel to work on numbers, charts, and pivots.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, Presenting and negotiation skills
