Responsibilities:
- Hire and train new insurance agents.

- Provide field support and assistance to agents.

- Ensure agents follow legal and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or business.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
Age: 21 to 38 years.
