Executive - Sales Development - Insurace (1-6 yrs)
As a Sales Development Manager in the banking sector, your job is to understand the needs of potential clients. In an agency channel, you will manage a team of sales agents who work remotely or out in the field, with the support of a field sales manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build your own sales team.
- Train, motivate, and guide your team to close deals.
- Work alongside your team in the field to help drive sales.
- Organize mandatory training sessions on regulations.
- Meet both individual and team sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- A university degree from a recognized institution.
- At least one year of experience in managing sales teams.
- A proven ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork.
