Executive - Sales Development - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
Position: - Sales Development Executive
Work Locations: - Mumbai, Ahmedabad and WFH
Time Zone: EST Time Zone
Notice Period-Max 15to 30days
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads using various tools and resources.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies through email, phone calls, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualification:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update Apollo, Pardot and Salesforce with accurate lead and customer information.
- Manage a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations between potential clients and the sales team.
- Ensure that meeting appointments are well-prepared and tailored to the prospects' needs.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients who have shown interest in the company's products or services.
- Nurture leads through continuous engagement until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market insights.
- Customer Engagement:
- Respond to inquiries from prospects and provide timely, accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to foster trust and engagement.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Apollo and other sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with MS Office and G Suite.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing or Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
