Executive - Sales Development - Education (3-8 yrs)
Sales development representative (SDR) will be generating leads for the Sale of the company for online education resource into schools in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- The SDR is responsible for generating leads from schools for both the Senior and Junior Sales Representatives/Regional Managers.
- The SDR will need to make 40-50 calls per day, every day as well as send out emails to school decision makers to set appointments for the sales representatives.
- They will have to find the email addresses and phone numbers for the campaigns by prospecting schools themselves.
- We expect 8-10 meetings per week generated from 200+ calls per week.
- The SDR will be responsible for updating their status every day on a Google doc.
- Number of calls made
- Number of emails sent
- Number of meetings or appointments set.
- All data mined ie. phone number and email addresses will need to be captured into our CMS system and is the property of Matific.
- The SDR will be incentivised for every REAL lead they generate
Requirement :
- A Graduate with 2 + years- experience in Sales/Business Development.
- The candidate must have previous experience in appointment setting and must be convincing and confident on the phone when trying to get to the right person to make an appointment.
- This role is office based and requires Very good communication skills both on the phone and via email.
