Title:- Sales Development Manager - Agency Growth
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to drive the growth of our agency partner channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new agency prospects. You will play a key role in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies targeted towards the agency community, including lead generation campaigns, webinars, and relationship-building events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and recruit new agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to agencies.
- Negotiate and close agency partnership agreements.
- Track and report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Length of life:- 21 to 38 years
- Proficiency:- Minimum Graduation is required
- Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
- CTC:- 3.2 annually + Incentives
