Executive - Sales - Dairy Product (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Satv Dairy, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, executing effective selling and upselling strategies, and actively participating in trade shows and events to generate leads and spread awareness about our products.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential leads within the target market segments.
- Utilize various channels such as online research, industry databases, and networking events to generate new leads.
- Develop creative approaches to attract the attention of potential customers and initiate contact.
2. Cold Calling :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our products and services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and how they can address the customer's requirements.
3. Selling :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our dairy products.
- Present proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals, ensuring alignment with the customer's objectives and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections promptly and professionally.
4. Upselling :
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Recommend complementary products or upgrades that enhance the customer's experience and provide added value.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and leverage upselling opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
5. Trade Shows and Events Participation :
- Represent Satv Dairy at trade shows, exhibitions, Malls, Farmer festivals and other promotional events to showcase our products, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
- Engage with attendees, including potential customers, industry professionals, and partners, to promote our products and services.
- Collect contact information and follow up with leads generated during trade shows and events to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
