Executive - Sales - Cutting Tool (4-8 yrs)
- To achieve the monthly & yearly sales target decided by management.
- Identify new potential customers.
- Classify sales target upon repeat orders & project orders in coordination with HOD.
- To submit application questionnaire along with approved tool drawing, previous supplied tool data & trial report in case of repeat order if any.
- To fix weekly/monthly customer visit plan for self in coordination with HOD.
- Attend periodical meetings to review sales performance with HOD.
- Own DWM filling & daily verification by HOD.
- To ensure 100% payment recovery.
- "Maintain & evaluate self performance as per KRA/KPI and make improvements/changes in action plan or strategies to achieve monthly sales target."
- Monitor & ensure the OTD performance customer wise & give feedback to HOD.
- Submit customer complaint to customer care, QC & PPC department. Monitor & ensure the closing of every customer complaint within stipulated time.
- Compile & study sales data. Do analysis of past performance, future competition and provide inputs to Management on improving Organizational performance.
- Compile and prepare daily/monthly sales MIS inline with KRA & KPI format and submit to HOD prior to review dates.

- Degree -Diploma in Mechnical\Technical knowledge of the Cutting Tool Industry
- 4 to 8 Years in sale (Prefer exp. In Cutting Tools & Indiexable Tool, Special Tools for Industry)
- He/She must be having experience in carbide, PCD, Gundril & Indexible, Cutting tools sales experience is must.
- Lead Generation,B2B, B2C sales, Data-driven insights to Be Based in PCMC - Pune, & Will be ready for PAN India coverage.
- 24 years to 40 years.
- Good English, fluent Hindi & Marathi
- Will Depend upon candidates Experience and Current Salary
