- The Sales Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. They will provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries they may have. Tasks & Activities :
1. Competitor Research for understanding our product positioning
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
2. Value Addition to keep clients engaged
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Share with prospects on salient features of products
3. Tracking Leads from Initiation to Conversion
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Reviewing and reporting on quality of leads
4. Coordination with Team Members for Achieving Revenue Targets
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or online presentations Measurement Metrics
