Executive - Sales - CSR - Education Domain (3-5 yrs)
- Grow business from un-penetrated Education accounts by working directly or with a dedicated partner.
- Should have worked in CSR in the Education domain.
- A good network of schools; connect with Partner & new customers;
- Account management; proactively identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase - wallet share- within assigned clients and business partners, must have the ability to research and do market analysis
- Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners- business objectives and goals
- Work with various stakeholders - product, ops, finance, marketing to meet organization financial objective and smooth partner operations.
Position Requirements :
- Ability to set up a business from scratch with working experience of 3+ yrs.
- Work under ambiguity, lead from the front
- Understanding of the assigned accounts in the region
- Strong sales exposure to direct & channel partners
- Superior communication & influencing skills; a team player & a leader
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player
Essential Qualification:
- Should be MBA in Marketing or its equivalent degree from a premium college.
