Job summary :

- We are looking for an enthusiastic sales executive for our client. They promote and support world class and innovative technologies to the Construction Industry and Civil Engineering profession in India.

- As a sales executive, you will be responsible for approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Responsibilities :

- Searching for new clients (highway contractors/consultants) who could benefit from your products in a designated region

- Travelling to visit potential clients

- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

- Liaising with existing clients

- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements

- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

- Calculating client quotations

- Offering after-sales support services

- Preparing reports for head office

- Meeting regular sales targets

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team

- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

QUALIFICATION :

- Minimum 1-4 yrs of experience as sales executive/sales officer/marketing executive/business development manager

- Sales experience in Highway Safety/Road marking/ Construction/building/Cement industry is preferable

- Excellent communication skills

- A confident and determined approach

- The Sales Executive must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.

- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office/any other standard software related to Sales and Marketing.
