Job description
Job title: Sales Executive
- Initial sales call to customers from the leads generated.
- Identifying customer requirements.
- Making a good sales pitch and creating a solid first-hand impression of the company.
- Convincing customers of the company's services.
- Should be passionate about sales, and willing to go the extra mile for the company.
- Diligent follow-up with the customers at times convenient for them.
- Available for customer calls after specified work hours as part of customer engagement.
- Meeting customers at their residences and sites as per their requirements.
- Updating and maintaining Google tracker
- Preparation of initial quotes
- Ability to build pipeline, track sales goals & and report the same to superior.
- Should be able to handle & and achieve sales targets every month.
- Interact with existing customers regularly for sales references and expansion of customer base
- Interact with existing customers and get customer feedback/videos
- Co-ordinate with marketing team for innovative ideas for sales and lead generation
- Co-ordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Be involved in proactive measures to improve the business of the company.
Qualifications
3-5 years of construction sales experience
Strong verbal communication skills
