Executive - Sales - Commercial Vehicle Loan (1-5 yrs)
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the locations(s) while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.

- Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
- Networking and engaging with Commercial vehicle owners, Direct Sales Agents instead of Dealers and Manufacturers as our sourcing is mainly through Open market
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities within a location in order to grow the loan businesses
- Responsible for driving the team for target achievements and supporting them for Joint calls wherever required
- Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
