Executive - Sales - Cold Storage/Kitchen Appliances (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals for kitchen appliances.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, including kitchen appliance retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other relevant organizations.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate sector to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials for kitchen appliances.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to represent the company and promote kitchen appliances to potential corporate clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the senior management team.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the management team to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and developments in kitchen appliances to provide accurate product information and support to corporate clients.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to kitchen appliances and corporate sales.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
- Proven experience of at least 1 years in corporate sales, preferably in the kitchen appliances industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with corporate clients and close sales deals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen appliances, their features, and market trends.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of profit margins, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
