Position Overview:

As an Institutional Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Moonwalk's presence within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on forging lasting relationships with cafes, co-working spaces, hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and other potential institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B sales opportunities within the specified sectors.

Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique benefits and value of Moonwalk's Coffee Concentrate.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of opportunity or concern.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients on the product, and relay this information to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently, while being a team player.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, especially the coffee segment is a plus.

- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
