The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Should have strong communication written & verbal both
- Negotiate client pricing
- Handle Product branding and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining Dealing records
- Create regular reports and present to respective managers.
- Answer client queries related to product
- Inform Customers About the Company's Products/Services and Offers
- Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls in A Timely Manner
- Generate Leads That Develop into New Customers
- Identify Customer's Needs and Convince the Customer to Buy the Product/Service
- Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge and Clarify Information Wherever Required
Ideal Candidate :
BDM/ Tele caller
Experience : 0-1 Year
Qualification : Graduate
Strong Language Command- Hindi, English
Work from home also available
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Tele sales role, ideally within the Chemicals industry.
- Experience within Sales Training and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
