We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence in the essential oils and aroma chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of successful sales management.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Formulate and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Market Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships.

- Develop entry strategies for new markets and execute expansion plans.

- Establish and strengthen the company's presence in untapped regions.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5-7 years in sales, with a focus on essential oils and aroma chemicals.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the essential oils and aroma chemicals industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
