B2B sales experience- (No retail)
Should have experience in Selling chemicals,ingredient selling, etc.
To generate sales of all products on a regional basis based on customer needs, by planning market segmentation- & developing sales strategies for customer & channel groups.
To Develop a business plan for Domestic Market for our Natural Range products ( identify- & prioritize business opportunities in line with objective of business)
Handling all the sales operations (Set sales target- & Competitive Analysis ( understand Competitors competencies their products, sales policies, schemes offered, build- annual sales plan) & maintain strong network)
To coordinate sales visits- & demonstrating/presenting products; ( Build brand equity of products by exhibitions & customer get together/Technical Seminars.)
Receivables control (ensure smooth working capital management, monthly list of outstanding, identify accounts due for collections.)
Redressal of Complaints ( ensure customer satisfaction, solve problems, respond quick- & accurately, go the extra mile for customer)
Dealer/ Distributor Management (Identify- & appoint dealers & distributors in new markets, constant updation of database & maintain healthy & profitable portfolio. Managing the existing Dealer / Distributors in the region.)
Sales Force Management: plan daily activities of Sales force and provide direction and right feedback create motivational climate.
Customer Relations: Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations ( Planning customer meet visits and understand their needs)-
Reporting- & MIS: Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system generate sales reports and improve business performance.
Team Management: To head team of sales executives in the respective region.-
Candidate from Science background will be a plus.
