It has a strong follower base of nearly 65k on social media and already helped more than 10k clients across 50 countries.

As an Chat Support Executive, you will be instrumental in reaching potential clients, initiating conversations through various platforms, and driving conversions using the company's unique Sell-By-Chat approach. You will collaborate with the company's marketing team, unravel the secret code (45), and utilize your natural ability to connect, influence, and make every conversation count.

What you will do:

- Reaching out to potential clients across various platforms and initiating meaningful conversations.

- Utilizing the Sell-By-Chat model to nurture leads and guide them through our wellness solutions.

- Working closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and lead magnets.

- Incorporating the secret code (45) into your outreach process.

- Utilizing high energy to engage potential clients, setting the stage for successful conversions.

- Demonstrating goal-focused nature by exceeding financial and personal targets.

- Responding rapidly in high-pressure situations without compromising quality or accuracy.

- Showcasing resilience in the face of setbacks and leverage experiences for professional growth.

- Leveraging social media proficiency to engage and build rapport with clients across multiple platforms.

- Efficiently managing a tight calendar, ensuring no conversations are missed.

- Solving problems with initiative, creativity, and teamwork.

- Building rapport with clients through active listening and effective communication.

- Performing a minimum of 50-75 chats per day.

- Achieving 3-6 sales per day.

What you need to have:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.

- Passion for health and wellness with a strong understanding of related products and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly proficient in written English.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and consistently exceed set targets.

- Understanding of sales principles and customer service.

- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
