Job Description :
- Lead Management
- Client Database Management, Client Follow-ups
- Handling Sales inquiries and converting them into sales to achieve targets
- Identifying the prospect customers by understanding their needs
- Follow up of all the leads provided by the marketing team.
- Maintaining accurate & detailed customer records
- Developing & maintaining a good relation with Channel partners
- Developing & maintaining good relations with existing customers for reference sales
- Good knowledge about the Real Estate market is a must to convince Customers and solve their queries.
- Report accurately to management on all matters that affect sales
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education - MBA Marketing / Freshers and 1-year+ experience
- Fluent in English, Hindi / Marathi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel.
