Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cattle/animal feed (Pashu Aahar) to target customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Organize technical seminars and farmer meetings in assigned regions.
- Develop new markets by onboarding dealers, retailers, and dairy farmers.
- Drive sales growth for animal feed products in the designated areas.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiarity with Animal Feed/Cattle Feed/Pashu Aahar products.
- Basic understanding of dairy farm management and milking animals (cows and buffaloes).
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0-2 years in Feed/Veterinary Pharma/Pesticide/Fertilizer/Agriculture Product Sales.
- Eligibility: Male candidates only, Must be locals, preferably residing in or near the specified locations. Maximum Age Limit: Up to 28 years
- Salary & Benefits: 21,000/Month + Incentive: 12,500/Month +Travelling Allowance: - 3.00/KM
