Executive - Sales - Cards (0-1 yrs)

1.This is a front-line sales position in the consumer cards sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our cards products through a defined channel of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales]

2.Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation

3.Timely execution of all sales activities - leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads

4.Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions

5.Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product

6.Researches and understands prospects before making the call

7.Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly

8.Be the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues

9.Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiates spend enablement activities

10.Keep up-to-date on products and competition

11.Attend and participate in regular staff meetings

12.Engages in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus & project accurate full year forecasts

13.Attend relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows and networking events

14.Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance

15.Engaging with premium customers to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers

16.Expansion of internal and external relationships, and drive sales results

17.The position is also responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered

18.Online leads will be shared by Team Manager's to the team members

Educational Background Required:

- MBA/ Graduate/PUC in any field Bike is Mandatory

Working Hours:

6 Days Working offs on Sunday- sExperience Required:

Fresher or Minimum 6 months of front line sales experience in financial services domain / B2C / IT / Ecommerce / Travel / Lifestyle / Healthcare / Real Estate/Banking
