Urgent vacancy for the role of SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE with a recruitment organisation for Gurgaon.

Required Skills : Excellent Communication,Relationship Management with Stakeholders and Agencies,Outbound calls,Query Resolution,Team Formation.

Key Responsibilities :

Outreach & Engagement : Proactively connect with potential freelancers via calls, messages, and emails to introduce them to SnapFind and onboard them to our platform.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support.

Lead Generation : Work closely with freelancers to generate targeted candidate leads that align with our clients' hiring needs.

Query Resolution : Address and resolve freelancers' queries, doubts, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Performance Tracking : Monitor the quality and quantity of candidate leads generated, providing feedback and support to freelancers to improve outcomes.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, reporting on engagement metrics and lead generation targets.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or sales.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate freelancers.

Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Problem-Solving : Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Mode - WORK FROM OFFICE

Work Timings - 10AM - 7 PM

Working Days - 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays off)
