Executive - Sales/Business Development - Pharma (3-4 yrs)
DEPARTMENT : Sales
REPORTING : Sales Head / Area Sales Manager
JOB LOCATION : Gurgaon
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY : NCR & Haryana
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Winning and adding a new business account and meeting the monthly target of account conversions
2. Responsible for primary sales & achieving sales targets monthly/quarterly/annually
3. Establish an ideal partner hospital distributor for quick & exponential sales growth
4. Retain & grow the existing business account
5. Introducing a unique technology-driven procurement process through presentation
6. Introduction & incorporate subscription-based technology-driven tools with a business account to increase top-line revenue
7. Demonstrate & execute sales & marketing activities, training to users, RTM, etc.
8. Ensure on-time supply with the right quantities & take ownership of the supply chain whenever required.
9. Work closely with supervisor and up-words communication to operation head-on day-to-day activities
10. Weekly/monthly reporting and sharing sales achievement data & innovative ideas
WORKING HOUR: 10 am to 7 pm
WORKING DAYS: 6 Days a week
QUALIFICATION & QUALITIES :
1. Graduate/PG in commerce/business management/science
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in hospital Supply Sales. Significant network & relationship with hospitals/Doctors/Key decision-makers,
3. E medical supply experience would be added advantage
4. Hands-on experience in excel, and PowerPoint presentations & tech-savvy
5. Good in communication in Hindi & English
6. Go-getter, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit in mind
7. Dedicated, problem-solving attitude & team player
