Executive - Sales/Business Development - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibility :
- Listen to customer needs and present suitably products to make a sale
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with conceivable customers to prospect for new business
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Underwrite and negotiate Insurance products and customers renewals
- Generating leads through cold calling references.
- Meet or exceed financial goals including rate, growth, profit, retention, and get a new business from current market.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Team Player
- Proven track record as sales professional
