Executive - Sales & Business Development - Global Engineering Division - IT (4-7 yrs)
- 4-6 years- experience in Embedded/Software/Industrial Automation Industry out of which minimum 4 years in Sales and Business Development of Engineering Services or Software Solution Selling. Person who has worked initially in technical field and then moved to Business Development activity will have an added advantage.
- Good acumen of Services & Solutions Sales and Business Development. Identifying Right Prospects, Cold Calling, Email Campaigning, Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn and other professional networking tools, Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Teamwork, Email writing, liaison with technical and operations teams
- Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Software Programming Languages and frameworks along with Industry 4.0 technologies used in Manufacturing Industries.
- Experience on Industries related to Automotive, Medical Devices, Semiconductor, Logistics, Material Handling (Conveyors/ Airport Baggage Handling), Food & Beverages, - or any other such industries.
- Experience in Generating new leads and selling Software Engineering Services and solutions to International market Preferably Europe, US.
Sales & Business Development for the Global Engineering Division in the Europe, US & Some of the key activities will be as follows :
- To generate and follow up New leads, carry out necessary market research.
- Outreach to potential target clients for lead generation
- Build sales pipeline and ensure further account growth
- Handle the required communication with stakeholders.
- Produce regular activity and funnel reports of the interactions with potential clients.
- Understanding customer requirements in detail including technical details as well as budget - time - delivery requirements.
- Coordinating with delivery leaders at Mumbai / Pune to get optimum costing so as to meet customer requirements and desired margins.
- Support regional heads in UK, US, Middle East in winning projects.
- Coordination with Clients & HR in sourcing required skills - Just in Time-
- Decide on pricing strategy in consultation with Cluster Head
Client Relationship Management to Ensure high degree of client satisfaction. Some of the key requirements are:
