Job Description Business Development Executive (BDE) : Merchant Acquisition
- To acquire Merchant/Retailers/Seller on portal and meet monthly merchant acquisition target allocated by Supervisor.
- Building and maintaining database of Merchants.
- Making connect with targeted Merchant and effectively present about services and benefits of .
- Responsible for coordinating with merchant for end to end process of merchant onboarding.
- Training of merchant after on-boarding on using company services.
- Should be courteous with merchants.
- Responsible for meeting acquisition target allocated.
- Maintain highest level of grooming and basic hygiene.
Desired Profile :
- Minimum educational levels - Under Graduate/Graduate from any stream
- Decent communication skills - Decent English and very good local language knowledge.
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience ( Should have reliving/experience letter) in sales and preferably merchant acquisition in General trade.
- Should possess a basic smart phone, with basic technology savoriness to be able to use and operate a mobile application.
- Should possess own conveyance( Two wheeler).
- Generally well presented and groomed.
Salary range
CTC up to INR 14000 to INR 17500 + monthly conveyance of 2500 and incentives based on target achievement.
