Executive - Sales & Business Development - Consumer Durable (2-4 yrs)
Sales & Business Development Executive
1) Retailer Management :
- Sourcing and Appointment of Retailers as and when required
- Motivating and Coaching the Retailer and hand holding where required
2) Handling Retailer issues with regard to claims and ROI
- Taking care of route operations, market scheming & spoilage at the stores.
3) Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation at stores.
4) Driving Volume and Growth in the given Territory :
- Managing Secondary sales
5) Operation of trade schemes within the allotted budget
- Ensure appropriate distribution across the territory as per norms
- Identify and target new accounts
6) Effectively communicating the strategies through gate meetings
- Propose for discount to the Accounts as necessary.
7) Driving of Marketing and Growth initiatives
8) Ensure hygiene conditions met by all retailers
9) Merchandising and Promotion
10) Identify opportunities at retail outlets and to maximize opportunity conversion.
