Looking for Business Development Executives. Candidates with

- Establish contacts with clients via telephone calls

- Understanding and evaluating customer needs

- Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way

- Maintaining and developing long term relationships with clients

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Organizational Standards

- Collaborate with team to achieve better results

- Goal Oriented profile

- Responsible for Business Development through acquisition and retention of clients

- Back office sales. (No field work)

Requirements

- College education or equivalent experience

- Three to four years of employment in a similar position with sales.

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Command over English speaking and Hindi & is mandatory.

- Excellent at Client Handling & Servicing

- Telephone manners & Etiquette

- Knowledge of Financial Market & stock market is an added advantage
