Executive - Sales & Business Development (0-2 yrs)

We are looking for an analytical, driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help lead our partnerships and business forward.


- The ideal candidate should attract and secure business, as well as, develop relationships and new business opportunities that provide profitable results.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long term business, achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts

- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients

- Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions

- Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trend, technology and pricing with the intent of driving business expansion

- Develop strong relationships across the organization, including the business, legal, product, marketing and engineering organizations

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome

- A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities

- Proven record in business development

- Driven individual motivated by sales results

- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
