Executive - Sales - Building Material/Decor (2-4 yrs)
Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :
- Engineers (BE/Diploma) preferred OR other candidates with good technical know how can be considered etc.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

Potential planning:
Collection and Maintenance of a database of upcoming and ongoing projects and accounts with potential in CRM as per defined format.
Strategic tools:
Usage of CRM for following:
Capturing all meetings in CRM with post-meeting updates Recording all projects in CRM with continuous updating of the same Set up and update all accounts in CRM usage of Delta Kit
Sales and Marketing:
Providing the inputs to Team Leader for devising sales strategies for Company exterior. Provision of information for planning local marketing activities (e.g. visit of trade shows, sales campaign, the architect meets, installer meets, etc.)
Pricing/Product:
Adhere to the prices mentioned in the price list and consult Team Leader for discounts. (Only consulting and no authority for extending discounts) Provision of input for product/solution development measures with respect to customer specific requirements.
Achievement of objective:
Monitoring achievement of own KPIs. Target achievement, Retail Partner performance, call rates, Technical compliance, Retail Partner personnel strategy, Conversion and realization of business from Top 10 Accounts of each Retail Partner, New partner evaluation and submitting the recommendations.
Acquisition:
Work jointly with Partner's for conversion of projects/accounts and maintain a healthy Sales pipeline of retail partners for continuous business. Acquire new customer accounts and focus on conversion for business Project and order
Management:
Liaison between Retail Partner's/customer's requirements & the company for Commercial, Logistical, Technical & Marketing from lead generation to the delivery of product and the installed site. Be a One Point contact of your defined region for all sales related issues.
Customer visits:
Regular Meetings with Retail Partners, their Architect accounts and Customers of your region. Mandatory to make 5 (Five) calls per day and Average of 4 calls per month Meet and evaluate prospective business partners and submit recommendations
