Executive - Sales - Building Material (1-4 yrs)
- Understand the geography-wise sales plans from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same
- Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP)
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers
- Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned
- Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers
- Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers; (Guide dealer sales officers as applicable)
- Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior
- Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable
- Maintain regular coordination with In-charge - MIS to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically
- Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time.
- Implement all meets, PPA / schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per plans
- Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives (RCP/ Tally etc.) at the dealer outlet
- Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working
- Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes
- Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
