Executive - Sales - Building Material (1-2 yrs)
- Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory.
- Channel development (Dealers / Sub Dealers)
- Monitor the performance of existing Retailers / Dealers and take corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network.
- Aggressive execution of sales programs (eg: new schemes, promotions, etc.)
- Timely collection of market information such as competitor activities & initiatives, and analyse the same with help of Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business.
To build business through recognizing prospective customers and selling to them.
- To maintain relationships with existing as well as new clients.
Qualification & Skills required
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Commerce field / BBM / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in computers.
- A go getter with effective communication skills & negotiate win - win deals.
- A positive, confident and determined to flourish in competitive environment.
- Skills to work independently and as a part of a team.
