Executive - Sales - Building Material (0-5 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibility
- Manage & develop Bitumen emulsion selling
- Device sales plan projects identification coordination with manufacturing & distribution.
- Maintaining the long term sales relationship with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Architects, and Builders.
- Preparation, implementation, and review of sales plan, daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
- Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
- Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, an expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
- Good networking skills & Presentation and team handling skills.
Hiring Criteria:
- Candidates having prior experience in sales of Emulsion will be added advantage
- Proven experience as an Area Sales or relevant role.
- Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good MS Office skills.
