Position Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


- This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prospect and Lead Generation:-

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

2. - Sales Presentations and Proposals:-

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.

3. - Customer Relationship Management:-

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

4. - Sales Strategy and Planning:-

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies.

5. - Market Research and Analysis:-

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

6. - Sales Reporting:-

- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

7. - Team Collaboration:-

- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to enhance the customer experience.

- Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

- Qualifications:-

- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

- Experience:- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in [industry/sector].

- Skills:-

- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
