Job Description :

1. Sales Target & Financial Results :

a. To achieve the set sales target

b. Handling Billing & Cashiering

c. Fixed Asset Management

d. Accounting of petty cash, payments, receipts & allied functions

2. Product Knowledge:

a. Every Merchandise USP

b. Product Test

c. Benchmarking quality and cost with City/Area

3. Inventory Management:

a. Inventory control and close coordination with team

b. Stock movement and stock verification

c. Handling various internal transfers/ returns of items with required documentations

d. Follow-up with Merchandising for Stock replenishments

e. Inventory accountability

f. To co-ordinate with all concerned and replenish the merchandise

g. To carry our physical verification of inventory occasionally/as desired by the management from time to time

4. Upkeep & Store Maintenance :

a. Assist in maintaining a high standard of the store maintenance at all time

5. Customer Focus :

a. Attending to customers and service management

b. Conversion, Add-On Sale, Cross Selling & Up Selling

c. After sales, follow-up

d. Attending customer feedback and complaints

6. Visual Merchandising :

a. Display merchandise aesthetically in the Boutique

b. Ensuring a right mix in the window display e.g. Color co-ordination, theme based display etc.

7. IT / MIS:

a. Should be well versed with Microsoft Office

b. Handling the latest Retail software

c. Preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR) and Daily Business Report (DBR)

d. Preparing MIS

8. Shrinkage Control

a. Responsible for the stock movement

b. Accountable for the stock on hand.

c. Accountable for any loss or damages

9. Specialized requisites & Job competencies :

a. Strong creative appreciation and visualization ability

b. Innovative thoughts adding value to the company

c. Strong understanding of the Brand, Marketing

d. Excellent oral and written communication skills

e. Training of Subordinates in respect of product knowledge etc.

f. Eye for details

10. Other attributes:

a. Extreme focus and alertness

b. To adhere to personal grooming as per standards laid down by the Hotel

c. Any other duties and functions
