Job Description Sales Executive :
- Specimen Distribution (Canvassing) Schools/Classes Visits: Schools Trustee, Principal, And Supervisor, Teachers: Information/explanation rgrd. Current Books/New Books, request to recommend to students, Booklist Preparation. Specimen Acknowledgment on canvassing form dully signed & stamped by school authorities.
- Booklist/Orders Preparation - Last Year Order History detail, New Year Order, No. Of Students, Titles, Discount, Delivery Date, Payment, New Titles Adding. Printing Of Booklist HO or Local press.
- Promotional Material Distribution, (Diary, Wall Calendar, Planner, Class-room visits for Students related promotional material distribution.
- Collection: Collection of O/S Amount, Extra discount process. PDC Deposition follows up. Booksellers visit for collection for specific case.
- NPPN Activities: Enrolling Schools/SVS in NPPN, Indents receipt, Exam Program distribution, Control Kit, Collection, A/C Process.
- Sponsorship: process for schools on basis of sales. Documents-Booklist Preparation, approval, payment.
- Event Participation: in schools, Principal, Teachers association programme (Adhivation), Books Exhibition, School event participation, Dantali Press visit.
- Competitors: Focus schools converting to Navneet, Follow up for conversion, requirement approval. Competitors activities info. Samples sending, WhatsApp msg. sending to seniors & office team.
- Reporting - Daily visits reports preparation, Blue Print, MJP, Expenses statement preparation, Canvassing forms submitting.
- Acquiring product knowledge & discussing with mainly school teachers, principals.
- Communication: personnel visit to customers, Telephonic discussion, WhatsApp Communication for Orders, NPPN, Collection, Advt. etc.
- Booksellers Visit: Current, Upcoming, New Books showing/Orders, NPPN Activities, Collection, School Orders/Booklist Execution, Specimen Copies (Bookseller's associated schools), return.
- Specimen Indents: Canvassing wise school wise Specimen Requirement Indent preparation, School authority's personal specimen requirement slip preparation, material receipt & giving to them.
- Reports: Sales, Accounts, NPPN, Focus Schools, Canvassing, Booksellers, Distributors related various reports overview & discussion with Schools, Booksellers, Sub-Ordinates.
- Database: Territory database blue book preparation (All Schools/Classes/Booksellers), Route Plan.
- Meetings Participation - Team Meetings, MJP Meeting, Annual Sales Meeting.
- Focus/Key Schools Accounts Software Installation Key Generation Orders
