Executive - Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide sales and marketing decisions.
- Share client feedback and market insights with the team to help refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to post-sale support.
Requirements:
- Graduation Mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in any field sales
- Local candidate most preferred
- Age between 25-39 year
