Executive - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to strengthen our Customer Relationship Management team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our innovative insurance products, ensuring a seamless experience while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Knowledge of products is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
